Accommodation Booking Conditions:  Bookings only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or credit card details.  Alternatively you can direct deposit into our bank account 06-0801-0482329-00.  Please put your surname in the particulars field and your arrival date in the reference field.  Deposits only refundable if cancellations are made 14 days prior to arrival, less a $12 administration fee.  If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, deposits will be refunded only if the accommodation can be re-let.
