Pet Policy
-Pets are allowed via arrangement for a extra $10 per pet per night

Confirmed bookings
-Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or credit card details. Alternatively you can direct deposit into our bank account 06-0801-0482329-00 (ANZ, Colombo Street, Christchurch). Please put your surname in the particulars field and your arrival date in the reference field. Please email us once you have made the deposit.

Cancelations
-Cancelations for Non-Refundable bookings are charged in full when booked.
-Once you have checked in your booking automatically becomes non-refundable.If the length of your stay is reduced the full amount will be charged.
-In the event of a no show or late cancelation (within 7 days of the arrival date) you will be obligated to pay the full amount of your stay.
-In the event of a cancelation we will take the money off the card provided as soon as the cancelation is made.
-There is a $12 admin fee charged for all cancelations

Smoking Policy
-All units are strictly 'NO SMOKING' and in fairness to future guests if you need to smoke please do so outside the unit. There are ashtrays situated outside for your convenience. If you fail to follow these rules you may be charged accordingly.

Any damage done to the room, furnishings or property will be charged direct to the credit card held on the file. We will also charge you for any resultant loss of income including any recovery costs incurred by the hotel. What is considered damage is at managements sole discretion . In the event that the damage costs exceed $1000 the hotel will claim on its insurance policy and the cost of the excess will be met by the guest. In the instance of excessive damage the hotel will lay a complaint with the police.
